RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Peer Skin, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of skincare and cosmetic products, certain conditions apply to returns and refunds.
Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Unused and unopened products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

- Opened or used skincare and cosmetic products
- Gift cards
- Promotional or clearance items
- Products damaged through misuse or improper storage
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact peerskinconnect@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error made by Peer Skin.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged upon arrival.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
